ABOUT DBDI:

Dreams of Brighter Days Initiatives

Message From Our Founder

I have been a victim of unending societal ills based on my underprivileged background but an unexpected luck ran on me through the 2010 BBC documentary titled "Welcome to Lagos" which went viral across the world and I was able to use my singing and speaking talents to reshape my career.

Everyone cannot be that lucky, so I have vowed to use my access and reach to attract support to the families and communities that we share similar underprivileged background.

Our journey began with a vision to address endemic family poverty, rampant school drop out among children and gross unemployment issues in our communities. Through the support of individuals and corporate institutions, we have been able to turn our ideas into actionable projects and have been able transmit HOPE to the underprivileged in our communities by providing educational support to encourage children to stay back and graduate from primary & high schools with good grades, support self financial literacy through public engagements with resources persons and lastly combat poverty through various skill acquisition programmes. We are committed to do and we are counting on your unending support.

Thank you for visiting our page and your interest in DBDI. With your partnership, we can make a difference together to spreading HOPE to underserved in our communities.
